      Delicious Indian rotis made using Grip Food's flour and Maida.  Ingredients and method of making these Roties    Indian naan using Grip food's Maida recipe   3 CUPS GRIPE FOOD FLOUR 1 TEASPOON SALT 1 TSP BAKING POWDER 1 TEASPOON SWEET SODA 1 TSP DRY YEAST 2 TSP LUKEWARM WATER AND A SPOONFUL OF SUGAR 1 CUP MILK 4 TBSP CURD 1 CUP BUTTER     Indian naan using Grip food Maida recipe   MAIDA, SWEET SODA AND BAKING POWDER. ADD BUTTER AND MIX WELL. ADD A MIXTURE OF CURD, MILK AND YEAST TO IT AND KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH WELL. COVER IT AND KEEP IT FOR 4 HOURS, TILL THE DOUGH DOUBLES. NOW EVERY TIME TAKE A LEMON SIZED PEDA AND ROLL IT A LITTLE ON THE FLOURED SURFACE, THEN TAKE IT IN BOTH THE HANDS AND PAT IT IN THE SHAPE OF A NAAN. HEAT A GREASED HEAVY FRYING PAN OR NON STICK TAVA (GRIDDLE) NOW REMOVE THE FRYING PAN AND ROAST THE OTHER PART OF THE NAME ON LOW FLAME TILL IT BECOMES LIGHT BROWN.
